 We&rsquo;re looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Support playing a vital role in supporting a team of real estate professionals as well as the management team by handling various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for the real estate industry and customer service.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ensure compliance as per the company guidelines and policies.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Knowledge of Trakheesi, Ejari and RERA legalisations.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Understanding of AML policies and procedures
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Understanding of Contracts (Forms A, B, F and I), MOU and POA.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Assist with the preparation of listing agreements, contracts, and other legal documents related to property transactions.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM), CMS systems to ensure seamless communication and accurate information.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Manage Developer Agency Agreements, setting up WA groups and collating information in folders for ease of use.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property listings, client information, and transaction details in the company database.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Handle inbound inquiries from clients, vendors, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person, providing excellent customer and a 360 real estate experience.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Manage office correspondence, including sorting mail, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Support the team with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Professional Requirements:

 Professional &amp; presentable demeanour

 <li>
 
 People- person capable of creating a positive first impression
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Minimum 1-2 years experience proven experience in an administrative role within the real estate sector
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Excellent telephone manner &nbsp;
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proficient in Microsoft Office.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices advantageous.
 
 </li>
