If you thrive in a high-volume environment, take pride in getting the details right, and don't wait to be told what to do , we want to hear from you.What You'll Do:Prepare closing documents including HUD-1 Settlement Statements, closing disclosures, deeds, and mortgagesCoordinate closings by managing communication between clients, attorneys, lenders, and real estate agentsDraft, review, and redline real estate legal documentsSchedule and organize closings in collaboration with our attorneysMaintain accurate transaction recordsHandle e-recording via Simplifile and work within QualiaWhat We're Looking For:2&ndash;3 years or more of residential real estate paralegal experienceSomeone who takes initiative, you spot problems before they escalate and find solutions without being askedReliable and consistent, the team counts on you and you deliverCalm under pressure , closings move fast and things change; you adapt without missing a beatSharp attention to detail and strong organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication with a genuine customer service mindsetProficiency in Qualia and SimplifileMandarin Chinese a plus, but not requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive salary: $70,000 &ndash; $85,000 depending on experienceA genuinely collaborative team environment where people look out for each otherOpportunities to network with attorneys, lenders, agents, and other industry professionalsFirm-sponsored events including sporting events and industry conferencesWhy MT Law?This isn't a back-office role where you disappear into paperwork.
