Real Estate Paralegal – Residential Closing Team | MT Law LLC | Lexington, MA

We're looking for a sharp, driven Real Estate Paralegal to join our residential closing team in Lexington. If you thrive in a high-volume environment, take pride in getting the details right, and don't wait to be told what to do , we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Prepare closing documents including HUD-1 Settlement Statements, closing disclosures, deeds, and mortgages
Coordinate closings by managing communication between clients, attorneys, lenders, and real estate agents
Draft, review, and redline real estate legal documents
Schedule and organize closings in collaboration with our attorneys
Maintain accurate transaction records
Handle e-recording via Simplifile and work within Qualia
What We're Looking For:
2–3 years or more of residential real estate paralegal experience
Someone who takes initiative, you spot problems before they escalate and find solutions without being asked
Reliable and consistent, the team counts on you and you deliver
Calm under pressure , closings move fast and things change; you adapt without missing a beat
Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication with a genuine customer service mindset
Proficiency in Qualia and Simplifile
Mandarin Chinese a plus, but not required
