We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and organized Administrative Assistant &amp; Client Relations Coordinator to join our team full-time. We are not just filling a seat &mdash; we are building a team.What You Will DoClient Communication<ul><li>Answer phones and respond to emails professionally and warmly on behalf of MTH Landscaping</li><li>Manage the Install Sales team inbox and handle client communication on their behalf</li><li>Follow up on sent estimates to get a yes or no from every prospect</li><li>Reach out to clients after project completion to request online reviews</li></ul>Lead Management<ul><li>Enter all new client and lead information into our business management platform (LMN)</li><li>Route maintenance and enhancement leads to the appropriate sales team; route install leads to Install Sales</li><li>Pre-qualify inbound leads and schedule consultations</li><li>Keep all lead records accurate and up to date</li></ul>Billing &amp; Payments<ul><li>Collect and securely store a credit card on file for every residential client at the time of sale</li><li>Assist in processing invoices under the direction of the Office Manager</li></ul>Scheduling &amp; Office Support<ul><li>Coordinate scheduling for contract marketing activities</li><li>Verify timesheets against our timekeeping system and flag any discrepancies</li><li>Maintain a clean office environment; create signs and labels for tools and spaces</li><li>Run errands and make bank deposits as needed</li></ul>What We Are Looking For<ul><li>Friendly, outgoing personality &mdash; clients will interact with you regularly</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once without dropping the ball</li><li>Experience with any CRM, scheduling, or project management software</li><li>Quick learner &mdash; we will train you on our specific tools and systems</li><li>Comfortable handling billing and sensitive client payment information</li><li>Valid driver's license (for errands and bank deposits)</li></ul>Bonus If You Have...<ul><li>Background in bookkeeping, invoicing, or accounting support</li><li>Experience in a similar admin or customer-facing role</li><li>Prior work in landscaping, construction, or a trade industry</li><li>Experience in finance, HR, or business operations</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Starting pay: $16.00/hour (based on experience)</li><li>90-day probationary period with a performance review at the end</li><li>Real opportunity for growth &mdash; MTH Landscaping is actively building new roles over the next 5-10 years</li><li>Supportive team environment with hands-on training</li></ul>Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
