 Job Description
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Monitor and analyze sales reports
 </li>

 Follow up on stop sales, open sales, and allotments
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with other departments (Operations, Contracting, Commercial)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with expected margins set by management
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with the Yield and Booking departments

 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or product management within travel agencies
 </li>
 <li>
 Degree in Tourism or Business Administration
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in contracting, marketing, sales, product management, and commercialization
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data warehouse tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of different source markets and key market players in the Egypt area
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook, etc.)

Controlling Specialist

<div>Job Purpose:

The Talent Management Specialist (L&amp;D) is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and career growth. This role ensures the organization fosters a culture of continuous learning and talent development aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement L&amp;D strategies aligned with organizational goals.</li>
<li>Design training programs for technical, soft skills, and leadership development.</li>
<li>Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions.</li>
<li>Coordinate external training providers and manage vendor relationships.</li>
<li>Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps.</li>

<li>Support career pathing and internal mobility programs.</li>
<li>Facilitate talent reviews and readiness assessments for key roles.</li>
<li>Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning platforms.</li>
<li>Explore innovative learning solutions (microlearning, gamification, etc.).</li>
<li>Measure training effectiveness and ROI using KPIs and analytics.</li>

<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field</li>
<li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in L&amp;D, Talent Management, Organizational Development or related HR role</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of learning principles and instructional design.</li>
<li>Excellent facilitation, communication, and project management skills.</li>
<li>Excellent command of English</li></ul>
