Oversee multiple events simultaneously, ranging from small to large scale.</li>
<li>Ensure each event is executed creatively, within budget, and on schedule.</li>

Operational Planning &amp; Execution</b></p>

Implement all projects according to a defined strategy and action plan, including round trips.</li>
<li>Conduct pre-event planning and manage on-site execution and coordination.</li>
<li>Coordinate projects from inception to completion, including:</li>

<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field preferred.</li>
<li>Industry Experience &ndash; Minimum of 2 years of experience in MICE, group travel, or event operations, preferably within a Destination Management Company (DMC).</li>
<li>Technical Acumen &ndash; good knowledge of group logistics, event planning, costing, and supplier coordination.</li>
<li>Problem-Solving Skills &ndash; Demonstrates initiative in resolving client challenges and delivering high standards under pressure.</li>
<li>Specialist Knowledge &ndash; a good understanding of group travel management and destination product knowledge would be an advantage</li>
<li>Language Skills &ndash; Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written) is essential.</li>

<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in tourism or hospitality is a plus.</li><li>Valid QATAR Tour Guide License would be an advantage</li><li>Valid QATAR driving license (or an international driving license that can be converted to a QATAR driving license under the RTA scheme)</li></ul>

EXPERIENCE &amp; SKILLS
</b></p><div>- Industry Experience - experience in customer service roles in the tourism and hospitality sectors. Experience of guiding tours and groups is preferred but not essential<br>
- Communication - excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on excellent customer service.

<ul><li>Languages: Fluent in English &amp; Romanian with excellent verbal and written communication.</li></ul>
