 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 The Consultant is expected to lead large scale/complex project(s) executing the following responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 Project Management:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Adhere to the Project Planning and timeline, best practices for deliverables and documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide regular status updates to the PMO workstream.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Requirements Analysis:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work with the team and support dynamic workshops and interviews to gather precise technical and functional requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply user-centric design methodologies, such as empathy maps, persona creation, and user journey mapping, to deeply understand user interactions and needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce detailed user stories and process flows to effectively communicate requirements to both technical teams and stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups for iterative feedback and solution refinement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Formulate and test cases from design documents to cover all functionalities and conduct usability tests to confirm solution efficacy and user satisfaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate stakeholder reviews of test cases to secure early approval, setting a strong foundation for UAT scripts.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Solution Design
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work with the team to develop a blueprint that guides the development, implementation, and deployment of the solution.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Solution Configuration and Development:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Configure and customize the Salesforce platform using the latest technology.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with developers on advanced customizations through Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components to ensure adherence to best practices and optimal user experience.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Testing and Quality Assurance:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conducting unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end testing to ensure functionality, reliability, and adherence to business requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Validate functionalities against business requirements through test scenario execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct thorough post-migration audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of the migrated data. Work with business users to identify any issues and coordinate with technical teams to rectify discrepancies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute UAT with stakeholders to ensure the solution meets final expectations and system specifications.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Deployment, Transition, and Documentation:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the functional deployment process and data migration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create documentation on requirement gathering, business process (creating process diagram, flowcharts, process narratives etc,) using tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document data management processes clearly and comprehensively.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Post-Implementation Review and Iterative Improvement:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide ongoing support after deployment, addressing system issues and optimizing performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously collect user feedback to evaluate solution impact and identify improvement areas.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Organization Development:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Mentorship and Guidance:
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide mentorship and guidance to the entry professionals, fostering their professional growth and development within the team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Growth and Development of Project/ Regional teams:
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in the hiring process to identify top talent for the projects in the region per the need.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the HR team in performance documentation of project team members.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribution to the COE (Center of Excellence)
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to the development of COE with relevant deliverables and assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Operational Excellence:
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintenance of Salesforce Certifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Required to travel for key project milestones.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain utilization goals.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What you will bring:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3-6 years of experience in a functional role in the IT consulting industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Competent in designing and implementing functional solutions, workflows, and processes that meet client requirements and objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Competent in facilitating working sessions with key stakeholders and subject matter experts via workshops, interviews, and business process review sessions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in creating documentation on requirement gathering, business process (creating process diagram, flowcharts, process narratives etc,) using tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in providing user training and support to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in designing and executing comprehensive test plans and strategies to validate Salesforce solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, interpersonal skills with a user centric approach to problem solving
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree and above is desirable.
 </li>

 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 The Consultant is expected to lead large scale/complex project(s) executing the following responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 Project Collaboration:
 
 <ul>

 Ensure effective collaboration and execution throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage changes to Salesforce code and configurations, and collaborate with other developers in a team environment to ensure security best practices and code optimization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure project timelines are met in collaboration with the PMO and Functional workstream.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Solution Design Document &amp; Deliverables:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support in creating comprehensive technical design documents outlining the architecture, data model, and implementation details of Salesforce solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in Importing/exporting data, mapping data, cleansing data, migrationing data, and manipulating data using Data Loader or other ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Use Lightning Web components, Force.com Apex Class, Triggers, etc., to develop custom solutions that meet business requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design patterns, implement Asynchronous Apex, write effective unit tests and test class, develop triggers, and adhere to coding best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop custom UI using Aura Components, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, including advanced CSS and JavaScript.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Technical Support and Integration:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Automate development processes, including continuous integration, deployment, and release cycles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Integrate applications with Salesforce using REST and SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, and middleware platforms like MuleSoft, Jitterbit or Informatica.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Testing and Quality Assurance:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure deliverables meet quality standards by conducting code reviews with a focus on identifying potential issues and ensuring code quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Debug, and resolve defects found during testing phases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the functional team to integrate testing into the development process and resolve issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute UAT with stakeholders and make sure the solution meets final expectations and system specifications.
 </li>
 </ul>

 What you will bring:

 3-6 years of experience in developing technology solutions with minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce project implementation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Competent in Salesforce Security &amp; Permissions like Data Protection, Managing access etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Competent in developing custom UI using Aura Components, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, including advanced CSS and JavaScript.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in version control systems like Git, Bit bucket, CI/CD pipelines, sandbox management, and coordination of Salesforce releases to ensure efficient, reliable, and timely delivery of high-quality applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Competent in Solution Design Document &amp; Deliverables (Competent in translating business requirements into technical specifications, defining integration points, and documenting customizations, ensuring clarity and alignment among stakeholders for successful implementation.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of integration techniques and tools to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in understanding data model, data management tasks within Salesforce, such as data import/export and data manipulation etc using Data Loader or other ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, interpersonal skills with a user centric approach to problem solving.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree and above is desirable.
 </li>
