We&rsquo;re looking for an energetic, creative intern to help us grow our online presence and support our leadership team.As our Marketing &amp; Executive Intern, you&rsquo;ll work directly with the CEO and a Manager to assist with both business operations and marketing initiatives. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and supporting the leadership team&rsquo;s day-to-day needs. This role is ideal for someone who&rsquo;s highly organized, proactive, and passionate about small business growth and brand building.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and post regularly (5&ndash;7x per week) across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)</li><li>Capture and create photo/video content that showcases our work, team, and projects</li><li>Monitor engagement and respond to comments or messages as needed</li><li>Support the CEO and Manager with administrative and scheduling tasks</li><li>Assist with customer communications, vendor coordination, and basic marketing outreach</li><li>Contribute ideas for promotions, campaigns, and seasonal marketing pushes</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Creative mindset with basic skills in photography, videography, or editing (Canva, CapCut, etc.)</li><li>Strong understanding of social media trends, short-form video, and storytelling</li><li>Reliable transportation if required for on-site content capture</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities</li><li>Creative mindset with a passion for innovative marketing solutions.
