Marketing & Executive Intern

We’re a family-run mulching company dedicated to delivering high-quality landscaping materials and exceptional customer service. Our team is small but mighty — we pride ourselves on reliability, efficiency, and a strong reputation in the community. We’re looking for an energetic, creative intern to help us grow our online presence and support our leadership team.

As our Marketing & Executive Intern, you’ll work directly with the CEO and a Manager to assist with both business operations and marketing initiatives. You’ll be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and supporting the leadership team’s day-to-day needs. This role is ideal for someone who’s highly organized, proactive, and passionate about small business growth and brand building.

Responsibilities

• Manage and post regularly (5–7x per week) across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Capture and create photo/video content that showcases our work, team, and projects
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments or messages as needed
• Support the CEO and Manager with administrative and scheduling tasks
• Assist with customer communications, vendor coordination, and basic marketing outreach
• Contribute ideas for promotions, campaigns, and seasonal marketing pushes

Skills

• Creative mindset with basic skills in photography, videography, or editing (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
• Strong understanding of social media trends, short-form video, and storytelling
• Reliable transportation if required for on-site content capture
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovative marketing solutions. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills in digital marketing while contributing to real-world campaigns that drive business growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $1.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
