Müller Milk & Ingredients Distribution is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to join our dynamic Inbound Logistics team at our new Skelmersdale Depot. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods into our supply chain, supporting operational excellence through strong administrative, analytical, and communication skills. to join our MMID Logistics team at our new Skelmersdale Depot. <ul> <li>Location: Skelmersdale Depot (WN8 8DZ)</li><li>Contract: Full-time Permanent</li><li>Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)</li></ul> What You'll Do As a key member of the site support team, you will: <ul> <li>Coordinate payroll, HR admin, time & attendance, and holiday tracking</li><li>Manage agency bookings, timesheets, and invoice reconciliation</li><li>Process purchase orders and ensure accurate financial tracking</li><li>Support training delivery on core systems and processes</li><li>Create and distribute key reports (H&S, STARTS, Airsweb, KPIs)</li><li>Lead by example in health & safety and promote a culture of continuous improvement</li><li>Manage office facilities, hospitality, uniforms, PPE, and reception duties</li><li>Maintain internal communications (notice boards, newsletters)</li><li>Investigate credit control claims and support problem-solving initiatives</li><li>Drive OE (Operational Excellence) projects and collaborate across teams</li><li>Support with H&S initiatives and wellbeing initiatives."</li></ul> What We're Looking For <ul> <li>Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or business support roles (inbound logistics preferred).</li><li>Strong organisational, coordination and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)</li><li>A team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Basic understanding of Health & Safety principles</li></ul> Why Join Müller?
