Job SummaryManages, plans, controls, coordinates, organizes and directs the activities and staff of the IT department and design IT-related activities of the organization, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the IT department. Work involves the application of professional knowledge and personal judgment to a variety of technical personnel and managerial problems and issues.Key Responsibilities1. IT Systems &amp; Network Support<ul><li>Provide hands-on support for the company's hardware, software, and network infrastructure, ensuring all systems operate reliably and securely.</li><li>Assist in the implementation of IT policies and daily operational routines.</li></ul>2. Business Systems &amp; ERP Support<ul><li>Provide administration and support for our business management systems, primarily focusing on our Odoo ERP platform.</li><li>Assist in configuring and optimizing the Odoo system to improve business processes. Previous experience with ERP systems is required, and specific experience with Odoo is a strong advantage.</li></ul>3. User Assistance &amp; Technical Support<ul><li>Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, providing timely and effective support to colleagues across all departments.</li><li>Work to automate tasks and enhance workflows to improve efficiency for teams.</li></ul>4. Security &amp; Vendor Coordination<ul><li>Help maintain the security and integrity of our IT environment, including user accounts and company devices.</li><li>Assist in managing relationships with technology vendors and service providers.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Proven experience as an IT Specialist or in a similar hands-on technical role.</li><li>Experience within a retail business environment is essential.</li><li>Practical experience with ERP systems is required.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities</li></ul>Pay: BD500.000 - BD850.000 per monthWork Location: In person

REQUIRED 2-3 year Experience, Bahraini Nationality MAIN DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Assist in the preparation and cutting of various meats according to specifications.2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the butchery area, including tools and equipment.3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.4. Support the team in inventory management and stock rotation.5. Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and offering product recommendations.6. Receive and inspect the quality and texture of meat upon delivery to ensure meat quality.7. Help with the packaging and labelling of meat products for sale.8. Record waste and internal production (IHP) according to company standards.9. Assist in training new staff members as needed.10. Staffs must perform the assigned duties as instructed by the direct manager within the scope of work.11. Comply with proper uniform policy as per the company policy.12. Do not use a mobile phone while at work or in the workshop while wearing company uniform. In case of emergency or customer requests, notify the department supervisor and take necessary action.13. Employees are not allowed to eat or use a mobile phone in their section.14. Employees are not permitted to move to other departments during working hours.15.
