We are looking for Graphic Designer - Bahraini OnlyMain Responsibilities<ul><li>Design eye-catching promotional materials such as flyers, posters, brochures, and in-store signage to support marketing campaigns, sales, and seasonal promotions.</li><li>Create digital assets for our website, email newsletters, social media channels, and digital signage displays.</li><li>Work with the marketing and merchandising teams to ensure designs align with our brand guidelines and effectively communicate product offerings and promotions.</li><li>Produce high-quality video content, including promotional videos, product showcases, and social media ads, ensuring they align with our marketing strategy.</li><li>Create animations and motion graphics to be used in online ads, social media posts, and in-store displays.</li><li>Prepare print-ready artwork for store displays, banners, and other physical marketing materials.</li><li>Ensure all designs and media content are optimized for various media formats and platforms, maintaining a cohesive look and feel across both online and offline channels.</li><li>Collaborate with vendors, printers, and suppliers to ensure the quality and accuracy of final printed materials and media content.</li><li>Assist in creating packaging designs, labels, and other visual content that enhances the store&rsquo;s product offerings.</li><li>Revise and update designs and media content based on feedback, deadlines, and changing business needs.</li><li>Stay up-to-date on current design trends, competitor materials, and industry best practices to continually improve the design and media content quality.</li><li>Support the team in creating designs for internal communications and employee-related graphics (e.g., staff schedules, event posters).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From BD500.000 per month

Graphic Design

1. Greet customers and assist them in selecting deli products.2. Receive goods under the original local purchase order, using HHT/PDT only.3. All refrigerated/frozen products must be received according to standard temperature guidelines.4. Always maintain a record of vehicle and product temperatures.5. Arrange for storage of goods after receipt according to designated areas/categories.6. Check expiration dates upon receipt in accordance with company policy.7. All damaged, expired, or excess promotional products must be returned to RTS within the agreed timeframe.8. Ensure that the maximum possible supply of deli products is available on display for customer service.9. Identify products that need replenishment, obtain sufficient inventory, prepare, and display them.10. Identify shortages in the department and inform the department supervisor.11. Ensure counter displays appear full and fresh. Always shop products as directed by the supervisor or shift manager.12. Always remove spoilage, mold, and expired products from the display and plan subsequent actions.13. Replenish pre-packaged or in-store stock.14. Always follow the &quot;First In, First Out&quot; and &quot;First Out&quot; policies to maintain freshness and hygiene standards in the deli department.15. Use the date code policy when receiving/storing stock in a backup cooler.16. Check daily deliveries against packing slips and the quality of the merchandise received and inform the department supervisor of any quality issues or shortages.17. Adhere to the company's customer service standards policy.18. Always report any concerns, advice, suggestions, or new ideas to your supervisor/shift manager.19. Do not use a mobile phone while working or in the workshop.20. Operate hazardous equipment, such as the shredder, mincer, bin saw, and packaging machine, with care and caution. Ensure you receive proper training from your supervisor before using all machinery.21. Keep the deli section and cold rooms clean and tidy.22. Provide information about products to the customer.23. Assist with inventory counting and restocking supplies as needed.24. Report shortages or product issues to the Deli Supervisor.25. Work collaboratively with other deli staff to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.Job Type: Full-timePay: From BD230.000 per month
