We're a fast-growing UGC and paid ads agency helping funded consumer tech and mobile app companies go viral on TikTok and Instagram.We need a sharp, hungry setter to help us fill the pipeline with qualified founders and marketing leads.What you'll be doing:<ul><li>LinkedIn and X (Twitter) outreach to funded app companies</li><li>Managing and responding to cold email replies via Instantly</li><li>Qualifying inbound leads before they hit our sales calendar</li><li>Short pre-qualifying calls to confirm fit before booking</li><li>Keeping the CRM (GHL) clean and updated daily</li></ul>This is for you if:<ul><li>You actually enjoy the hunt &mdash; outreach, follow-up, objection handling</li><li>You're self-managed and don't need babysitting</li><li>You want to earn based on output, not just clock hours</li><li>You have real B2B setting or outreach experience</li></ul>This is NOT for you if:<ul><li>You need constant direction</li><li>You're looking for a comfortable base salary with no upside</li><li>You've never done outbound before</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Base pay + generous commisison on every deal</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Fluent English</li><li>Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold email, or phone setting</li><li>Available to overlap EST hours</li></ul>Pay: E&pound;500.00 - E&pound;1,200.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your experience with B2B appointment setting?</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
