We're a fast-growing UGC and paid ads agency helping funded consumer tech and mobile app companies go viral on TikTok and Instagram.
We need a sharp, hungry setter to help us fill the pipeline with qualified founders and marketing leads.
What you'll be doing:
- LinkedIn and X (Twitter) outreach to funded app companies
- Managing and responding to cold email replies via Instantly
- Qualifying inbound leads before they hit our sales calendar
- Short pre-qualifying calls to confirm fit before booking
- Keeping the CRM (GHL) clean and updated daily
This is for you if:
- You actually enjoy the hunt — outreach, follow-up, objection handling
- You're self-managed and don't need babysitting
- You want to earn based on output, not just clock hours
- You have real B2B setting or outreach experience
This is NOT for you if:
- You need constant direction
- You're looking for a comfortable base salary with no upside
- You've never done outbound before
Compensation:
- Base pay + generous commisison on every deal
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold email, or phone setting
- Available to overlap EST hours
Pay: E£500.00 - E£1,200.00 per month
