Appointment Setter / Lead Intake Specialist (Remote)

The Licensing Company is a growing contractor licensing and qualifying agent company helping contractors across the United States obtain their licenses and grow their businesses.

We are currently looking for a motivated, professional, and dependable Appointment Setter / Lead Intake Specialist to join our team.

Compensation

• $5.00 per hour
• Remote position

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients who have expressed interest in our services
• Qualify leads by asking questions and gathering information
• Schedule appointments for licensing specialists
• Accurately enter notes and information into our CRM
• Follow up with leads as needed
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude on every call
• Meet daily call and appointment-setting goals

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of cold-calling experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and contractors
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Basic computer and CRM skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Honest, trustworthy, and dependable
