General Summary:
</b></p><p>The District Sales Representative drives growth by expanding our presence in the power generation industry. This role focuses on increasing sales to existing customers&mdash;including National Accounts and Independents&mdash;while building new relationships across the market. You'll provide industry-leading support, strengthen customer partnerships, and promote MQ Power as the trusted choice for power generation solutions.</p>
<p><b>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
</b></p><ul><li>Promote the MQ Power Package &ndash; Represent the full offering: company, products, sales support, service, technical expertise, and parts.</li>
<li>Identify and Develop Leads &ndash; Build lists of prospective customers using business directories, industry ads, trade shows, websites, and other sources.</li>
<li>Drive Targeted Marketing &ndash; Collaborate with Multiquip's Marketing team on initiatives to re-engage dormant accounts and attract new customers.</li>
<li>Strengthen Key Accounts &ndash; Foster relationships with established customers to grow Multiquip's market share in both resale and rental channels.</li>
<li>Educate and Train Customers &ndash; Provide product training and application guidance to customers and end users; demonstrate how our full product line enhances their portfolio.</li>
<li>Lead Negotiations &ndash; Participate in all active negotiations within your territory to secure favorable outcomes.</li>
<li>Monitor Competitors &ndash; Maintain a working knowledge of competitor products and strategies to inform sales tactics.</li>
<li>Manage Quotes and Contracts &ndash; Prepare accurate pricing, credit terms, and sales contracts for all orders.</li>
<li>Coordinate Deliveries &ndash; Communicate estimated delivery dates based on production schedules; assist with field stock delivery when needed.</li>
<li>Report and Record Sales Activity &ndash; Prepare transaction reports, maintain expense accounts, and enter complete and accurate sales orders.</li>
<li>Maintain CRM Data &ndash; Ensure correct customer and sales information is entered into Multiquip/HubSpot CRM.</li>
<li>Build Strong Relationships &ndash; Develop and maintain connections with key contacts at each customer location.</li>
<li>Resolve Issues &ndash; Investigate and resolve customer problems promptly and professionally.</li>
<li>Perform Additional Duties &ndash; Support other tasks as assigned to meet business objectives.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
</b></p><ul><li>2 - 3 years of sales/ customer service experience in a B2B industry.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals</li>
<li>Ability to write routine reports and correspondence</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively with groups of customers and/or company employees</li>
<li>Required travel 60%-80%</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Computer Skills:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Must possess a working knowledge of computers and business software such as Microsoft Office for communication and analysis of information.</li>
<li>Ability to analyze information and communicate effectively using digital tools

<ul><li>Valid driver's license with good driving record.</li>
</ul>

Compensation &amp; Benefits:</b></p>

<li>Pay wage: $125,000.00-$175,000.00/Annually</li>
<li>11 paid Holidays</li>
