About the Role<ul><li>We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR &amp; Admin Executive to support daily HR operations, administration tasks, and smooth functioning of the office. The candidate should have basic HR knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to handle routine tasks independently.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>HR Responsibilities</li></ul>- Assist in recruitment: job posting, screening, interview scheduling.- Maintain attendance, leave records, and basic HR documentation.- Support in onboarding &amp; induction of new employees.- Help in salary inputs, Attendance data preparation, and coordination.- Manage employee records, files, and HR databases.- Support in employee engagement activities and grievance handling.<ul><li>Administration Responsibilities</li></ul>- Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.- Handle front desk and visitor management when required.- Maintain office cleanliness, housekeeping coordination, and admin upkeep.- Assist in travel booking, meeting arrangements, and general admin tasks.- Support management in day-to-day administrative requirements.<ul><li>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</li></ul>- Bachelor&rsquo;s degree BBA or MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.- 6 months to 1.5 years of HR/Admin experience.- Basic understanding of recruitment, attendance, payroll inputs, and compliance.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.<ul><li>Key Competencies</li></ul>- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.- Attention to detail.- Team player with professional behavior.<ul><li>Working Days &amp; Timings</li></ul>Timing: 10:00am to 07:00PM Monday to Friday 10:00am to 05:00PM SaturdayJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>HR: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
