Roles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>The Purchase Coordinator executes day-to-day procurement activities, coordinates with suppliers and departments, ensures accurate documentation, and supports the Purchase Manager in operational functions.</li></ul>Requirement Skills<ul><li>Collect and consolidate purchase requirements from all departments.</li><li>Update and manage daily requirement and purchase tracking sheets.</li><li>Send RFQs to vendors and compare quotations based on price, quality, and delivery.</li><li>Prepare and issue accurate POs based on approvals and vendor availability.</li><li>Follow up on PO confirmations, deliveries, and shipping documents.</li><li>Coordinate with the store/QC team for incoming inspection and quality checks.</li><li>Maintain organized records for RFQs, POs, invoices, and supplier communication.</li><li>Prepare weekly/monthly procurement reports and vendor performance summaries.</li><li>Support the Purchase Manager in negotiations and vendor onboarding.</li><li>Ensure timely communication and resolution of delivery or quality issues.</li></ul>Education Qualification<ul><li>Bachelor's / Diploma degree in Engineering or a related field.</li></ul>Work Experiences<ul><li>1-2 years in Purchase</li></ul>Work Location<ul><li>Factory (SANAND)</li></ul>Job Type<ul><li>Full-time Duty: 10:00 am to 6:30 pm</li></ul>Week Off<ul><li>Sunday (1 &amp; 3 Saturday)</li></ul>Salary Structure<ul><li>25,000 to 30,000 CTC per month</li></ul>Age Limit<ul><li>23 to 35 years</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
