What We Need:&middot; We&rsquo;re seeking an experienced, organized Construction Technician with Videography experience who is ready to work with a worldwide industry leader on commercial construction projects.&middot; Only Candidates who have prior Videography experience and currentlylive in The Bay Area will be consideredWhat You Can Do:&middot; Professionally capture video and audio of various equipment trainings, in both Field and Classroom environments, on an active construction job site.&middot; Demonstrated proficiency as a Video technician on comparable projects&middot; Manage and coordinate all aspects of video training services with Client. This includes:o Scheduling and coordinating training sessions with Cliento Maintaining an active calendar of trainings, events, personnel, etc.o During each session: setting up the camera to required settings, clip on wireless microphones to instructors, signal for a start and record the instruction.o Backing up footage, edit the raw video, add Titles, Chapters, etco Archiving the data and submit it to a secure website&middot; Proactively communicate with construction project personnel&middot; Navigate a construction jobsite safely&middot; Maintain a professional appearance on site at all times as a representative of The Company<ul><li>Be willing to be trained on, various reality capture technologies (including digital photography, laser scanning, 3D camera, and Drones) to visually document construction progress throughout The Bay Area.</li><li>Consistently adhere to standard operating policies and procedures</li><li>Perform regular quality assurance checks as part of daily workflow</li><li>Produce daily reports and relay information to the Operations Manager</li><li>Confidently use various computer formats to set up projects, manage projects, and enter data (e.g., tablets, desktops, laptops, smartphones, etc.)</li></ul>Who You Are:&middot; You currently reside in The San Francisco Bay Area.&middot; You are comfortable driving to various locations to visit projects. Most projects are in San Francisco, North Bay / Napa &amp; Davis / Sacramento.&middot; You have videography experience and understand video camera and audio recording systems.&middot; You are available to work full-time (Monday &ndash; Friday).&middot; You can autonomously manage a schedule, are detailed oriented, and have exceptional organizational and time-management skills&middot; You are a self-motivated and dependable team player&middot; You understand that construction site visits will make up the largest part of your day and:o Will comply with all jobsite safety regulations, including wearing personal protective equipment (provided)What We Provide:<ul><li>Generous minimum hourly starting rate $27.00</li><li>Healthcare Benefits (Health, Vision &amp; Dental)</li><li>401-K Plan with Company Match</li><li>Comprehensive and ongoing training</li><li>All visual documentation tools, such as video equipment, digital cameras, laser scanners, drones provided</li><li>Significant opportunities for advancement</li></ul>Preferences Will Be Given To:&middot; Candidates with Videography and Construction industry experience&middot; Candidates with laser scanning and/or technical computer experience&middot; FAA 107 Licensed Drone PilotsJob Type: Full-timePay: From $27.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
