Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Center Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for children. This role involves developing and implementing engaging curricula, managing classroom dynamics, and ensuring the overall well-being of each child in our care.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that promote literacy, math, and physical education.</li><li>Create lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children, including those requiring special education or early intervention.</li><li>Manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering a positive learning environment.</li><li>Provide individualized attention to students, supporting their emotional and developmental needs.</li><li>Engage in ongoing communication with parents regarding their child's progress and well-being.</li><li>Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that promotes child welfare.</li><li>Collaborate with other educators to enhance the educational experience for all students.</li><li>Utilize standardized testing methods to assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience working with children in a childcare, daycare, or educational setting is essential.</li><li>Background in early childhood education or preschool experience is highly desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques.</li><li>Experience in behavior management strategies and knowledge of childhood development principles.</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.</li><li>Additional experience in tutoring or teaching physical education is a plus.</li><li>Montessori training or private school experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
