We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Office Assistant to join our growing asphalt company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while working closely with company leadership.In this role, you will work directly with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and support a variety of administrative, accounting, and operational functions that keep our office running efficiently.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable</li><li>Assist with customer invoicing</li><li>Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries</li><li>Process and track incoming leads</li><li>Manage and verify employee time records</li><li>Assist with hiring and onboarding new employees</li><li>Prepare and track permits and Notice to Owner (NTO) documents</li><li>Process liens and lien releases as needed</li><li>Manage vendor platforms and compliance portals</li><li>Provide general administrative support and assist with additional office tasks</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or GED required</li><li>Experience with QuickBooks preferred</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Excellent communication and phone etiquette</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities</li><li>Construction or office administration experience preferred, but not required</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance options</li><li>Annual performance-based bonus</li></ul>Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person
