of the system.</li></ul><ul><li>Reads and follows up on logbook information and hand over.</li></ul><ul><li>Stays up to date on room rates, packages, discounts, promotions, and their operational details.</li></ul><ul><li>Develops a thorough knowledge of the following:</li></ul><ul><li>IDS Front Office System and Reports</li></ul><ul><li>Room types and locations</li></ul><ul><li>Hotels&rsquo; staff and services and operating hours</li></ul><ul><li>Has knowledge about how to make and change reservations.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepares group envelopes and meal plan in line with Group Instruction Sheet.</li></ul><ul><li>Goes through and be informed of arrivals of the day.</li></ul><ul><li>Runs &ldquo;Back Up Reports&rdquo; for every shift</li></ul><ul><li>Delivers messages and faxes upon arrival of the guest</li></ul><ul><li>Understands and follows up on proper mail, package, and message handling procedures.</li></ul><ul><li>Has an updated information of the daily activities, event and meetings taking place in the hotel.</li></ul><ul><li>Gives directions to the guests for the location&rsquo;s hotel premises and guest rooms.</li></ul><ul><li>Informs Guest relations of the arrival of VIP s and other guests to be escorted.</li></ul><ul><li>Arranges bellboys to escort the guests to the rooms upon c-in and carry the luggage.</li></ul><ul><li>Makes room changes, if necessary, informs all necessary departments.</li></ul><ul><li>Communicates the changes, requests, and current room situation to HK department.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensures the information flow between the guests and other departments by assisting them.</li></ul><ul><li>Services must be courteous, friendly, and efficient at all times.</li></ul><ul><li>Files all FO reports by the end of the shift or the day.</li></ul><ul><li>Updates all guest information from registration card to the computer system.</li></ul><ul><li>Updates any special notes or requests for the guest and frequent flyer card numbers to the profile field and saves the information for future reference.</li></ul><ul><li>Makes daily bucket check</li></ul><ul><li>Follows up on departures of the day.</li></ul><ul><li>Knows cash handling procedures, files post all charges to Guest Ledger and City Ledger accounts.</li></ul><ul><li>Issues safe deposit boxes to guests as per policy.</li></ul><ul><li>Posts checks manually if there is an interface problem.</li></ul><ul><li>Checks out guests and ensures the following attachments and details are complete:</li></ul><ul><li>Billing address is complete</li></ul><ul><li>Travel Agent voucher covers the services being billed</li></ul><ul><li>Credit card voucher has been imprinted and completed correctly and signed.</li></ul><ul><li>Receives room or function deposits and provides necessary receipts.</li></ul><ul><li>Credits advance payments to guest folios.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintains the cleanliness and tidiness of the Front Desk area, utilizes free time for tidiness of work areas.</li></ul><ul><li>Handles guest complaints, informs management if necessary.</li></ul><ul><li>Promotes selling of high rated rooms.</li></ul><ul><li>Knows and follows the fire and safety regulations of the hotel.</li></ul><ul><li>Performs other duties assigned by his/her supervisor.</li></ul><ul><li>Answers and follows up Guest Service Line as per policy.</li></ul>Your experience and skills include:<ul><li>2-year experience in similar experience.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work from multiple shifts includes Night Shift.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficient in any PMS and MS Office.</li></ul><ul><li>Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.</li></ul>Your team &amp; Receptionist

<ul><li>Prepare the daily mis-en place and food production in different sections of the main kitchen or other areas</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate daily tasks with the other Chef and staff</li></ul><ul><li>Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques</li></ul><ul><li>Instruct and lead subordinates through their daily requirements in food preparation and actively take part in set up and supervising of buffets and special functions</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control</li></ul><ul><li>Consult and check on daily requirements, functions and last minute events</li></ul><ul><li>Guide and train the subordinates on a daily basis to ensure high motivation and economical working environment</li></ul><ul><li>Produce meals as per the production plan, ensuring procedures are followed and all records are up to date and accurate at all times.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage food stock effectively, minimize food wastage through good kitchen management processes, such as labelling and mis-en-place par levels. All stock to be rotated, dated and managed in order to reduce wastage and contribute to kitchen profitability through effective food cost control.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare and present high-quality dishes within company specifications, ensure any change made to the receipts is highlighted to the Senior Chefs for system update, and food quality is consistently maintained as per QDFC standard, ensure that the presentation and freshness of all foods is of the highest standard at all times.</li></ul><ul><li>Check the quality of raw materials being received regularly in the kitchen and highlight any quality hygiene issues to Sous Chef for further action.</li></ul><ul><li>Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare and organize all mis-en-place for all relevant menus prior to the shift start to ensure smooth operation.</li></ul><ul><li>Respond positively to guest feedback/complain, understand guest expectations, brings all complaints to the attention of the senior chefs for future improvement.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain high level of cleanliness in the work area, and take care of all outlet equipment and materials.
