BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERTerra Port Doors &amp; Windows (subsidiary of Murad Metal)Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment: Full-timeTerra Porta Doors &amp; Windows is looking for an experienced, highly connected Business Development Manager to lead our growth across the UAE&rsquo;s luxury residential and construction market.We specialise in bespoke architectural door and window solutions, including slim minimal sliding systems, oversized aluminium pivot doors, thermally broken windows and doors, concealed doors and custom aluminium and glass systems.The ideal candidate will already have a strong network within the UAE construction industry and a proven ability to convert relationships into profitable projects.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Generate new business through an existing network of architects, consultants, developers, main contractors, fit-out companies, villa contractors and interior designers</li><li>Build Terra Porta&rsquo;s presence within the luxury villa, high-end residential and hospitality sectors Identify upcoming projects and secure enquiries at the design, specification and tender stages.</li><li>Present our slim sliding, pivot door and architectural aluminium systems to clients and project stakeholders.</li><li>Arrange product presentations, showroom meetings and architect-focused lunch-and-learn sessions.</li><li>Prepare commercial proposals and coordinate quotations with the estimation, design and technical teams.</li><li>Follow opportunities from initial enquiry through negotiation, contract award and handover.</li><li>Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and repeat clients.</li><li>Maintain an active and measurable sales pipeline.</li><li>Represent Terra Porta at industry events, exhibitions and networking opportunities</li></ul>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE<ul><li>Fluent in both Arabic and English.</li><li>Proven UAE sales or business-development experience within the construction industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of aluminium and glass systems.</li><li>Specific experience with slim minimal sliding windows, aluminium pivot doors, fa&ccedil;ades or high-end architectural glazing is highly preferred.</li><li>An established network of architects, consultants, developers, contractors and luxury residential clients.</li><li>Demonstrable history of achieving sales targets and securing construction projects.</li><li>Strong technical understanding and the ability to confidently discuss system performance, glass specifications, finishes, drawings and installation requirements.</li><li>Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.</li><li>Commercially driven, proactive and capable of independently developing new business.</li><li>Valid UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle are strongly preferred</li></ul>THIS ROLE IS FOR SOMEONE WHO<ul><li>Already understands the UAE construction and luxury-villa market</li><li>Knows the relevant decision-makers and can open the right doors Is comfortable pursuing high-value, technically detailed projects</li><li>Takes ownership of the full sales cycle</li><li>Wants to help build Terra Porta into one of the UAE&rsquo;s leading luxury door and window brands</li></ul>WHAT WE OFFER<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Attractive performance-linked commission structure</li><li>Premium European and bespoke product portfolio</li><li>Technical, estimation and design support</li><li>Opportunity to play a central role in Terra Porta&rsquo;s expansion</li><li>Long-term growth potential within the company</li></ul>HOW TO APPLYPlease send your CV together with:<ul><li>A brief summary of your UAE construction-industry sales experience</li><li>The aluminium, glass, fa&ccedil;ade, window or door systems you have previously sold</li><li>Examples of major projects or clients you have secured</li><li>Details of your existing professional network</li><li>Your current salary, expected salary and availability</li></ul>Please direct your emails to terraxporta@gmail.com if you meet the required experience.Only candidates with relevant UAE construction-sector sales experience will be considered.Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
