Job Opening: Remote 3D Architectural Visualizer / 3D Draftsman / Junior ArchitectWe are looking for a 3D Architectural Visualizer / 3D Draftsman / Junior Architect to join our team remotely as a design contractor.This role is suitable for someone who has good design sense, strong technical drafting skills, and the ability to keep project information properly organized.Position: 3D Architectural Visualizer / 3D Draftsman / Junior Architect Location: Fully Remote Employment Type: Monthly Design Contractor Salary: AED 2,500 per monthResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will be responsible for:<ul><li>Preparing 3D design proposals and architectural visualizations</li><li>Creating detailed shop drawings for doors, windows, interiors, and architectural elements</li><li>Assisting with design development and redesign work based on client/project comments</li><li>Designing and updating catalogues, product presentations, and company design documents</li><li>Organizing all project-related details, including:</li><li>Site images</li><li>Design files</li><li>Client comments</li><li>Engineer/consultant comments</li><li>Approval records</li><li>Final drawings and revised versions</li><li>Maintaining clear folders and records for each project</li><li>Coordinating remotely with the team for daily design and drafting tasks</li><li>Ensuring drawings and presentations are accurate, clean, and professionally formatted</li></ul>Required Software SkillsThe candidate should be comfortable working with:<ul><li>AutoCAD</li><li>SketchUp</li><li>Lumion or similar rendering software</li><li>Photoshop</li><li>Excel</li><li>Other 3D modelling or architectural presentation tools will be an advantage</li></ul>Candidate ProfileWe are looking for someone who is:<ul><li>Detail-oriented and organized</li><li>Good at architectural drafting and 3D visualization</li><li>Able to understand project comments and make revisions quickly</li><li>Comfortable working remotely and communicating online</li><li>Reliable with deadlines and daily task updates</li><li>Interested in doors, windows, interiors, facades, and architectural product design</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease send your CV, portfolio, and sample shop drawings/design work to terraxporta@gmail.com for review.Applications without a portfolio or work samples may not be considered.Pay: From AED2,500.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
