Job Opening: Remote 3D Architectural Visualizer / 3D Draftsman / Junior Architect

We are looking for a 3D Architectural Visualizer / 3D Draftsman / Junior Architect to join our team remotely as a design contractor.

This role is suitable for someone who has good design sense, strong technical drafting skills, and the ability to keep project information properly organized.

Position: 3D Architectural Visualizer / 3D Draftsman / Junior Architect
Location: Fully Remote
Employment Type: Monthly Design Contractor
Salary: AED 2,500 per month

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Preparing 3D design proposals and architectural visualizations
• Creating detailed shop drawings for doors, windows, interiors, and architectural elements
• Assisting with design development and redesign work based on client/project comments
• Designing and updating catalogues, product presentations, and company design documents
• Organizing all project-related details, including:
• Site images
• Design files
• Client comments
• Engineer/consultant comments
• Approval records
• Final drawings and revised versions
• Maintaining clear folders and records for each project
• Coordinating remotely with the team for daily design and drafting tasks
• Ensuring drawings and presentations are accurate, clean, and professionally formatted

Required Software Skills

The candidate should be comfortable working with:

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Lumion or similar rendering software
• Photoshop
• Excel
• Other 3D modelling or architectural presentation tools will be an advantage

• Good at architectural drafting and 3D visualization
• Able to understand project comments and make revisions quickly
• Comfortable working remotely and communicating online
