Architectural Draftsman

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural drafting, be proficient in the latest drafting software, and have a keen eye for detail. The role requires collaboration with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to produce accurate and high-quality architectural drawings and plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Detailed Architectural Drawings: Create detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and other technical drawings based on the specifications provided by architects and engineers.
• CAD Proficiency: Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce accurate and precise drawings. Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant software is required.
• Site Surveys and Measurements: Conduct site visits to gather measurements and ensure drawings accurately reflect existing conditions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all drawings and plans comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Documentation: Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and project-related documents.
• Revisions and Updates: Make necessary revisions to drawings as requested by architects or engineers and update existing plans to reflect changes.
• Coordination: Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural drawings with other project components.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of architectural drafting experience in the UAE.
• Education: Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting software.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, accurate drawings.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
