Architectural Draftsman

We are currently seeking talented Architectural Draftsman to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Create detailed architectural drawings for Design and Construction and purposes.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to understand and incorporate their design plans.
• Review design blueprints for accuracy and feasibility.
• Make necessary changes to drafted plans, as directed.
• Keep up to date with latest drafting and BIM Modeling software such AutoCAD and Revit & Navisworks.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry and legal standards.
• Participate in project meetings and draft subsequent plans.
• Maintain all the records of sketches, drawings, and blueprints.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in architecture, drafting, design or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience and 5 Years exp in UAE
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software and advanced AutoCAD, Navisworks, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop
• Revit knowledge is an advantage.
• Should have good communication skills
