Responsibilities<ul><li>Answering, responding to, and directing phone calls</li><li>Preparing and collecting client intake information and sending it to the team via email</li><li>Calendaring meetings, deadlines, hearings, depositions, etc.</li><li>Communicating frequently with team members regarding matters and/or tasks via email and chat</li><li>Saving documents to and organizing electronic client files</li><li>Scanning documents and saving them to electronic client files</li><li>Organizing electronic client files</li><li>Utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel</li><li>Utilizing Google Docs and Sheets</li><li>Receiving, organizing, and sending mail and packages</li><li>Filing paper copies of documents</li><li>Organizing and cleaning office</li><li>Other administrative tasks as needed</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proficient with Gmail</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Windows</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Word</li><li>Proficient with PDF</li><li>Proficient with Clio is preferred</li><li>Proficient with Google Docs and Sheets is preferred</li><li>Prior experience working in an office setting is preferred</li><li>Prior experience working in a fast paced work environment is preferred</li></ul>Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hourWork Location: In person
