We specialize in high-quality coffee combined with functional mushroom blends, creating a calm, balanced coffee experience in a welcoming community environment.We are currently looking for reliable and motivated baristas to join our team.Responsibilities- Prepare espresso-based drinks, lattes, and other beverages with consistency - Maintain quality control for all drinks served - Provide friendly and efficient customer service - Keep the workspace clean, organized, and stocked - Support daily operations and teamworkQualifications- Previous barista or food service experience preferred - Basic knowledge of espresso preparation is a plus - Strong work ethic and reliability - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Positive attitude and willingness to learnPreferred (but not required)- Latte art experience - Specialty coffee background - Interest in coffee quality and drink presentationWork Environment- Friendly and team-oriented atmosphere - Community-focused coffee shop - Opportunity to grow with an expanding conceptCompensation- $16&ndash;$20 per hour (based on experience) - Tips (additional income) - Flexible schedulingAdditional InformationWe are looking for team members who take pride in their work and care about quality.
