Barista- Unique Coffee Concept(Mushroom Coffee Cafe)

Mush Coffee is a unique coffee shop concept based in Long Island, NY.
We specialize in high-quality coffee combined with functional mushroom blends, creating a calm, balanced coffee experience in a welcoming community environment.

We are currently looking for reliable and motivated baristas to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Prepare espresso-based drinks, lattes, and other beverages with consistency
- Maintain quality control for all drinks served
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and stocked
- Support daily operations and teamwork

Qualifications

- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of espresso preparation is a plus
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred (but not required)

- Latte art experience
- Specialty coffee background
- Interest in coffee quality and drink presentation

Compensation

- $16–$20 per hour (based on experience)
