This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while delivering memorable guest relations.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in/check-out procedures, and handle guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems, answer incoming calls promptly, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay</li><li>Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and billing details while adhering to hotel policies</li><li>Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports for management</li><li>Assist with guest relations by offering local information, amenities details, and personalized recommendations</li><li>Collaborate with hotel management and other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential</li><li>Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance</li><li>Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently</li><li>Familiarity with hotel management software or reservation systems is a plus</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed</li><li>Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest services best practices</li></ul>Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality expertise makes every guest feel valued.
