 Musstir LLC is the real estate acquisition and development arm of MB Group, with a growing portfolio of hospitality assets across the GCC and international markets. The Asset Management function represents ownership, driving performance, supporting investment decisions, and enforcing commercial discipline across the portfolio.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The Role
 
 
 
 We are looking for a high-calibre Analyst to support hotel asset management, performance optimisation, and investment analysis across a portfolio of operating assets and new developments.
 
 
 This is an owner-side role with direct exposure to senior leadership, operators, and investment decisions.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Analyse hotel performance across RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, GOP, and EBITDA
 </li>
 <li>
 Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify performance gaps and value creation opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to feasibility studies, business cases, and investment evaluations
 </li>
 <li>
 Benchmark performance against market and competitors
 </li>
 <li>
 Support executive reporting and asset-level reviews
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Candidate Profile
 
 
 
 
 We are specifically looking for candidates who meet the following:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3 to 5 years of experience in hospitality, hotel finance, asset management, or hospitality consulting
 </li>
 <li>
 Direct exposure to hotel operations, hotel performance analysis, or hospitality investments
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of hotel commercial drivers and KPIs
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid financial modelling capability
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Candidates without relevant hospitality exposure are unlikely to be considered.
 
 
 This role is not suited to pure data analysts. A clear understanding of how hotels generate revenue and profit is essential.
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Economics, Hospitality, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 CFA, ACA, or similar qualifications are an advantage
 </li>
