The Asset Management function represents ownership, driving performance, supporting investment decisions, and enforcing commercial discipline across the portfolio.

The Role

We are looking for a high-calibre Analyst to support hotel asset management, performance optimisation, and investment analysis across a portfolio of operating assets and new developments.

This is an owner-side role with direct exposure to senior leadership, operators, and investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse hotel performance across RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, GOP, and EBITDA
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
• Identify performance gaps and value creation opportunities
• Contribute to feasibility studies, business cases, and investment evaluations
• Benchmark performance against market and competitors
• Support executive reporting and asset-level reviews

Candidate Profile

We are specifically looking for candidates who meet the following:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in hospitality, hotel finance, asset management, or hospitality consulting
• Direct exposure to hotel operations, hotel performance analysis, or hospitality investments
• Strong understanding of hotel commercial drivers and KPIs
• Solid financial modelling capability

Candidates without relevant hospitality exposure are unlikely to be considered.

This role is not suited to pure data analysts. A clear understanding of how hotels generate revenue and profit is essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Hospitality, or a related field
• CFA, ACA, or similar qualifications are an advantage
