If you&rsquo;re passionate about cleanliness, enjoy physical work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to make a visible impact while building valuable skills in the cleaning industry.Duties<ul><li>Perform exterior cleaning tasks on building facades, windows, sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces using appropriate cleaning tools and solutions</li><li>Operate equipment such as pressure washers, scrubbing machines, and scissor lifts safely and efficiently to access high or hard-to-reach areas</li><li>Conduct detailed inspections of assigned sites to identify areas needing special attention or additional cleaning measures</li><li>Follow safety protocols diligently when working at heights or with heavy machinery to ensure personal and team safety</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of work areas and properly dispose of debris or waste generated during cleaning processes</li><li>Complete detailed reports on completed work, equipment usage, and any maintenance needs or safety concerns</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning environments with a focus on exterior surfaces</li><li>Familiarity with custodial techniques and cleaning products suitable for outdoor use</li><li>Ability to operate scissor lifts and other height-access equipment safely; certification is a plus</li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas requiring extra care or specific cleaning methods</li><li>Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods</li><li>Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team environment</li><li>Willingness to learn new techniques and operate specialized equipment as needed</li></ul>Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly enhance the appearance and safety of our communities.
