Duties

• Perform exterior cleaning tasks on building facades, windows, sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces using appropriate cleaning tools and solutions
• Operate equipment such as pressure washers, scrubbing machines, and scissor lifts safely and efficiently to access high or hard-to-reach areas
• Conduct detailed inspections of assigned sites to identify areas needing special attention or additional cleaning measures
• Follow safety protocols diligently when working at heights or with heavy machinery to ensure personal and team safety
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and properly dispose of debris or waste generated during cleaning processes
• Complete detailed reports on completed work, equipment usage, and any maintenance needs or safety concerns
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning environments with a focus on exterior surfaces
• Familiarity with custodial techniques and cleaning products suitable for outdoor use
• Ability to operate scissor lifts and other height-access equipment safely; certification is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas requiring extra care or specific cleaning methods
• Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
• Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team environment
• Willingness to learn new techniques and operate specialized equipment as needed
