<li>Estimated Salary: $75,500 - $97,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.</li>
<li>401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.</li>

<div><div><p><b>WHAT YOU'LL DO:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and recommend improvements that align with business needs.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the development team for implementation.</li>
<li>Lead and perform system testing, including test planning, execution, and validation to make sure business and technical requirements are met.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot production issues and partner with vendors and internal teams to quickly resolve problems and keep the business running smoothly.</li>
<li>Create and maintain clear, accurate system documentation to support business partners and stakeholders</li></ul></div><br>

<div><div><p><b>WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL BRING:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Solid business analysis skills with 5 + years of proven experience gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, and supporting system or process changes.</li>
<li><div>Strong functional analysis skills with the ability and interest to partner closely with data‑focused teammates to translate business needs into effective solutions.</div>
</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to speak up, influence decisions, and build relationships across teams.</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment&mdash;skilled at prioritizing, problem-solving, and driving results.</li>
<li>Experience with Agile, SDLC, or similar methodologies.</li>
<li>Manual testing experience is a plus.</li>

<li>Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.</li></ul></div><br>
