Business Systems Consultant I

As a Business Systems Consultant I, you’ll keep our systems running smoothly, lead process improvements, and partner closely with business and technology teams to deliver effective solutions.

• Estimated Salary: $75,500 - $97,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and recommend improvements that align with business needs.
• Collaborate with the development team for implementation.
• Lead and perform system testing, including test planning, execution, and validation to make sure business and technical requirements are met.
• Troubleshoot production issues and partner with vendors and internal teams to quickly resolve problems and keep the business running smoothly.
• Create and maintain clear, accurate system documentation to support business partners and stakeholders

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Solid business analysis skills with 5 + years of proven experience gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, and supporting system or process changes.
• Strong functional analysis skills with the ability and interest to partner closely with data‑focused teammates to translate business needs into effective solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to speak up, influence decisions, and build relationships across teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment—skilled at prioritizing, problem-solving, and driving results.
• Experience with Agile, SDLC, or similar methodologies.
• Manual testing experience is a plus.

• Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
