Maintenance &amp; Repair Works<ul><li>Oversee all maintenance activities, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and minor civil works.</li><li>Manage toilet maintenance and ensure continuous cleanliness and functionality.</li><li>Coordinate and supervise painting, whitewash, and renovation activities.</li><li>Ensure timely resolution of any repair or infrastructure-related issues.</li></ul>3. Transport Management<ul><li>Oversee the maintenance, servicing, and upkeep of all college buses, vans, and transport vehicles.</li><li>Ensure timely painting, repair, and renewal of all vehicles.</li><li>Coordinate transport schedules and ensure safe operations.</li></ul>4. Vendor &amp; Contractor Coordination<ul><li>Liaise with external contractors for repairs, maintenance, painting, and housekeeping services.</li><li>Ensure that vendors meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.</li></ul>5. Planning &amp; Preventive Maintenance<ul><li>Prepare and implement preventive maintenance plans for buildings, classrooms, hostels, utilities, and vehicles.</li><li>Plan periodic painting, whitewashing, and repair schedules in advance.</li><li>Maintain maintenance logs, work schedules, and service reports.</li></ul>6. Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of campus facilities to identify improvement areas.</li></ul>7.
