Key ResponsibilitiesA. Core Accounting &amp; Daily Operations<ul><li>Record daily financial transactions: Sales, Purchases, Expenses, Bank &amp; Cash entries, Journal entries.</li><li>Process sales returns, purchase returns &amp; debit/credit notes.</li><li>Check and prepare daily invoices.</li><li>Ensure GRN (Goods Receipt Note) is executed for all incoming materials.</li><li>Maintain accurate bank &amp; cash books with daily reconciliation.</li><li>Collect approvals for all cash and bank vouchers.</li><li>Record daily stock consumption.</li></ul>B. Taxation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Handle daily TDS deductions and ensure timely monthly payments and quarterly return filing.</li><li>Manage GST inputs, monthly GSTR 2B reconciliation, GSTR 1 &amp; GSTR 3B filing.</li><li>Ensure Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) is applied wherever applicable.</li><li>Handle TCS payments and returns.</li><li>Ensure professional tax payments and filings.</li><li>Monitor changes related to Income Tax, GST and TDS, and ensure timely compliance.</li></ul>C. Financial &amp; Management Reporting<ul><li>Prepare cost sheets for stock items weekly.</li><li>Conduct weekly Debtors &amp; Creditors ageing analysis.</li><li>Prepare monthly MIS reports and identify financial anomalies.</li><li>Monitor budget vs actuals; prepare P&amp;L and Balance Sheet monthly.</li><li>Perform cash flow planning.</li></ul>D. Store, Legal &amp; Auditing<ul><li>Maintain stock register and ensure closing stock tally with physical stock.</li><li>Collect KYC documents from vendors and ensure GST filing.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors for annual financial statements.</li><li>Handle annual Income Tax return filing, bank projection reports, SFT filing &amp; IEC code renewal.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Tiruchchirappalli, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
