Key Responsibilities
A. Core Accounting & Daily Operations
- Record daily financial transactions: Sales, Purchases, Expenses, Bank & Cash entries, Journal entries.
- Process sales returns, purchase returns & debit/credit notes.
- Check and prepare daily invoices.
- Ensure GRN (Goods Receipt Note) is executed for all incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate bank & cash books with daily reconciliation.
- Collect approvals for all cash and bank vouchers.
- Record daily stock consumption.
B. Taxation & Compliance
- Handle daily TDS deductions and ensure timely monthly payments and quarterly return filing.
- Manage GST inputs, monthly GSTR 2B reconciliation, GSTR 1 & GSTR 3B filing.
- Ensure Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) is applied wherever applicable.
- Handle TCS payments and returns.
- Ensure professional tax payments and filings.
- Monitor changes related to Income Tax, GST and TDS, and ensure timely compliance.
C. Financial & Management Reporting
- Prepare cost sheets for stock items weekly.
- Conduct weekly Debtors & Creditors ageing analysis.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and identify financial anomalies.
- Monitor budget vs actuals; prepare P&L and Balance Sheet monthly.
- Perform cash flow planning.
D. Store, Legal & Auditing
- Maintain stock register and ensure closing stock tally with physical stock.
- Collect KYC documents from vendors and ensure GST filing.
- Coordinate with auditors for annual financial statements.
- Handle annual Income Tax return filing, bank projection reports, SFT filing & IEC code renewal.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
