Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic After School Tutor to support students in their academic development and foster a positive learning environment. This role involves working with children of ages between 5-12, providing academic assistance, and promoting effective learning strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, strong communication skills, and experience working with children in diverse settings. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students&rsquo; educational journeys while developing professional skills in teaching and classroom management.Duties<ul><li>Provide small group tutoring sessions to students after school hours across different subjects.</li><li>Assist students with homework, assignments, and understanding core concepts.</li><li>Support classroom management during tutoring sessions to maintain a positive and focused environment.</li><li>Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages student participation, confidence, and independent learning.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior experience in tutoring, teaching, or classroom management is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and learning technology tools.</li><li>Experience working with children, including preschool or early childhood education settings.</li><li>Familiarity with special education practices and accommodations is a plus.</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.</li><li>Ability to manage classroom dynamics and adapt teaching methods for diverse learners.</li><li>Childcare experience or experience working with children in educational environments is advantageous.</li><li>Passion for education and helping students succeed academically.
