We operate a toy store based in Los Angeles, CA, We are looking for a confident and experienced Cold Calling Specialist to help expand partnerships with schools across the United States. Our business focuses on providing educational toys, learning tools, and school-friendly products that support classroom learning and student development.Your role will be to contact schools, introduce our products, build interest, and collect contact information (emails) for the appropriate decision-makers so our team can follow up.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Make outbound cold calls to elementary schools, preschools, daycare centers, and educational institutions</li><li>Introduce our educational toys and learning products and explain how they benefit classrooms and students</li><li>Speak with principals, administrators, teachers, or purchasing coordinators</li><li>Identify potential buyers interested in sourcing toys or learning tools</li><li>Collect and verify contact emails for follow-up and onboarding</li><li>Record call outcomes and maintain organized lead information</li><li>Set up opportunities for our team to continue the conversation with interested schools</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing</li><li>Experience contacting schools, daycare centers, or educational institutions is highly preferred</li><li>Excellent spoken English and communication skills</li><li>Comfortable speaking with decision-makers</li><li>Ability to handle objections and maintain a friendly, professional tone</li><li>Strong organizational skills to track leads and contacts</li><li>Experience with CRM tools or spreadsheets is a plus</li></ul>Ideal Candidate<ul><li>Confident communicator who enjoys talking to people</li><li>Persistent and results-driven</li><li>Able to make a high volume of calls daily</li><li>Experience in B2B outreach, education sector sales, or toy/learning product sales is a big advantage</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs52,172.27 - Rs62,831.12 per monthWork Location: Remote
