We are seeking a Social Media Organic Growth Manager with deep knowledge and hands-on experience in building, scaling, and managing organic social media growth across multiple platforms, with a strong understanding of visual aesthetics and brand presentation. This role requires a strategic operator who understands how aesthetics, content, distribution, community, and analytics work together to drive consistent audience growth, meaningful engagement, and long-term brand affinity.You will work in close alignment with our lifecycle and retention functions, contributing to the growth of an established U.S.-based organic toys eCommerce company. The role demands proven experience growing accounts through intentional strategy, platform-native content, strong visual standards, and performance-driven iteration&mdash;not reliance on paid amplification.Responsibilities<ul><li>Own and execute the organic social media growth strategy across:</li><li>Facebook</li><li>Instagram</li><li>TikTok</li><li>YouTube (Shorts and long-form)</li><li>X (Twitter)</li><li>Pinterest</li><li>Define and maintain clear aesthetic and visual standards across all social platforms, ensuring brand consistency and premium presentation</li><li>Design and implement platform-specific growth frameworks to drive sustained increases in followers, reach, watch time, and engagement</li><li>Develop and manage a content strategy optimized for organic discovery, balancing performance-driven formats with strong visual storytelling</li><li>Apply proven growth levers including hooks, trend adaptation, watch-time optimization, posting cadence, and engagement loops</li><li>Monitor and optimize core performance metrics, including follower growth, engagement rate, reach, saves, shares, watch time, and subscriber growth</li><li>Collaborate closely with email and lifecycle marketing to ensure cross-channel message alignment and brand cohesion</li><li>Build and maintain a content testing and iteration roadmap, refining formats, creative direction, and distribution strategies based on performance</li><li>Establish scalable systems for community management and audience interaction, reinforcing trust and brand voice</li><li>Document insights, aesthetic guidelines, and repeatable frameworks to support long-term organic growth</li></ul>Required Expertise<ul><li>2+ years of hands-on experience driving organic social media growth for consumer or eCommerce brands</li><li>Proven ability to grow followers, subscribers, and engagement organically across multiple platforms</li><li>Strong understanding of platform algorithms across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and Pinterest</li><li>Demonstrated ability to balance aesthetic excellence with performance outcomes</li><li>Experience building data-informed content strategies, not just posting schedules</li><li>Comfort analyzing analytics and translating insights into actionable strategy</li><li>Strong communication skills with a refined sense of storytelling, brand voice, and visual judgment</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Experience working with U.S.-based consumer or lifestyle brands</li><li>Familiarity with video-first and visually led content ecosystems</li><li>Understanding of how organic social contributes to eCommerce growth, retention, and brand equity</li><li>Experience collaborating cross-functionally with email, lifecycle, and growth teams</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
