Administrative Assistant (Full-Time | Los Angeles Hours)We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to support our business operations. This role requires 8 hours of dedicated daily support aligned with Los Angeles working hours (9:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM PST).Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Register our business with various schools and educational institutions (training will be provided)</li><li>Complete and manage online applications, vendor registrations, and required documentation</li><li>Follow up with schools and administrative offices via email and phone</li><li>Track application progress and maintain organized records</li><li>Troubleshoot issues related to registrations and resolve them efficiently</li><li>Coordinate with internal team members and provide regular updates</li><li>Handle general administrative tasks as needed</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior experience in business registrations, vendor onboarding, or administrative support</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected challenges</li><li>Quick learner with the ability to understand new systems and processes rapidly</li><li>Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision</li><li>AI-savvy (comfortable using tools like ChatGPT or similar to improve efficiency)</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working with schools, districts, or institutional registrations</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online form submissions</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality</li></ul>Job Details<ul><li>Schedule: Monday &ndash; Friday, 9:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM (Los Angeles Time)</li><li>Commitment: Full 8-hour dedicated workday (no multitasking with other jobs during these hours)</li><li>Work Type: Remote</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs40,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
