Job description:The Procurement Specialist - Electronics is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing the supply chain of electronic components, products, and systems. The role includes vendor selection, negotiation, order processing, inventory management, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing to meet the organization's needs for electronic goods and systems.Key Responsibilities: 1. Sourcing &amp; Vendor Management:<ul><li>Identify and evaluate suppliers of electronic products, components, and systems.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure the best value.</li><li>Ensure that suppliers meet quality, delivery, and compliance standards.</li></ul>2. Procurement Process:<ul><li>Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from identifying needs to order placement and delivery.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to understand requirements and timelines for electronic goods.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of products in alignment with project schedules.</li></ul>3. Inventory &amp; Supply Chain Management:<ul><li>Oversee the inventory of electronic goods, components, and materials.</li><li>Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid production delays.</li><li>Track shipments and ensure they arrive in good condition and on time.</li><li>Analyze market conditions and make recommendations to optimize procurement strategy.</li><li>Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.</li></ul>4. Cost Control &amp; Budgeting:<ul><li>Monitor procurement budgets and work to reduce costs without compromising on quality.</li><li>Track and report on cost savings, procurement KPIs, and supplier performance.</li></ul>5. Documentation &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and other necessary procurement documentation.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including supplier performance and inventory.</li></ul>6. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:<ul><li>Work closely with Engineering, R&amp;D, and Manufacturing teams to understand technical specifications and product requirements.</li><li>Provide support in resolving issues related to product quality, delivery, or specifications.</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>At least 1-2 years of experience in procurement, specifically in electronics or technology-related products.</li><li>Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.</li></ul>Contact Person: Lekha HR: 8925829934Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
