Title: HR Recruiter

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources to join our HR team. In this role, you will provide essential support in various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Responsibility for full recruitment life cycle across all functions as per SOP and TAT.

2. Sourcing candidates across Recruitment Database, Job Portals, social media, Employee Referrals, Job Fairs, Campus interviews etc.

3. Assist in recruiting and onboarding processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientations.

4. Maintain HR documentation, such as Employee Handbook, SOPs, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, and Contracts of Employment

5. Create and implement effective onboarding plans

6. Handling employee grievances, if any updating the employees with policies, compliances, and regulations

7. Performing in-person and virtual interview with candidates

8. Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees

9. Coordinate employee training programs and performance management processes.

10. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

11. Collaborate with other departments to support HR-related initiatives and projects.

12. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to suggest improvements and enhance HR processes.

13. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements and skills:

1. Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar role.

2. Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.

3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

4. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.

6. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.

7. Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.

8. Strong ethics and reliability

9. Should have excellent presentation skills, Interpersonal skills and Coordination skills.

10. Should be more focused in employee engagement

Education: UG / PG HR related field.

Experience: 2 - 3 yrs.
