We value expertise, work-life balance, ongoing training, and respect for your craft.What You&rsquo;ll DoAs a Residential HVAC Service Technician/Installer, you&rsquo;ll be a key part of our service team, performing: ✔ Residential heating &amp; cooling repair and maintenance ✔ Troubleshooting and diagnostics on HVAC systems ✔ Installation of HVAC equipment and components ✔ Customer communication &mdash; explaining options clearly and professionally ✔ Keeping accurate service records and maintaining safe work practicesHourly Pay + Commission+ BenefitsWe reward talent properly &mdash;$25&ndash;$40+/hour DOE (based on experience and certifications)Commission and Bonus Company vehicle + tools provided Company phone &amp; fuel card Matching 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance PTO + paid holidays Career growth What We&rsquo;re Looking ForWe&rsquo;re open to experienced techs, Installers and skilled apprentices:✔ Valid driver&rsquo;s license ✔ EPA 608 Certification (or willing to get certified) ✔ 1&ndash;5+ years HVAC experience preferred (we train good techs) ✔ Excellent workmanship and customer service skills ✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a teamDon&rsquo;t meet every requirement?
