What You’ll Do

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician/Installer, you’ll be a key part of our service team, performing:
✔ Residential heating & cooling repair and maintenance
✔ Troubleshooting and diagnostics on HVAC systems
✔ Installation of HVAC equipment and components
✔ Customer communication — explaining options clearly and professionally
✔ Keeping accurate service records and maintaining safe work practices

Hourly Pay + Commission+ Benefits

$25–$40+/hour DOE (based on experience and certifications)

What We’re Looking For

We’re open to experienced techs, Installers and skilled apprentices:

✔ Valid driver’s license
✔ EPA 608 Certification (or willing to get certified)
✔ 1–5+ years HVAC experience preferred (we train good techs)
✔ Excellent workmanship and customer service skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
