Lead HVAC Installer / Service Technician

Responsibilities

Install residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and water heaters.
Perform complete HVAC system replacements and residential new construction installations.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
Install and modify ductwork.
Start up, commission, and test HVAC equipment.
Train and lead installation helpers.
Maintain a clean, organized job site.
Communicate professionally with homeowners and office staff.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation and service experience.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Experience with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and duct systems.
EPA Certification preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders.
Dependable, motivated, and committed to quality workmanship.
