1. Client Coordination<ul><li>Act as a single point of contact for assigned retail clients and project locations</li><li>Coordinate with retail outlet owners, site supervisors, and internal teams</li><li>Share project updates, schedules, and confirmations with clients regularly</li><li>Handle routine client queries related to installation, dispatch, inspection, and billing</li></ul>Project &amp; Site Support<ul><li>Track site readiness, installation schedules, and daily work status</li><li>Coordinate with project engineers and supervisors for execution updates</li><li>Maintain site-wise records (location, contact details, status, issues)</li><li>Follow up on pending actions such as inspection dates, approvals, and handovers</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain and update CRM / Excel / Google Sheet trackers</li><li>Prepare and circulate daily / weekly project status reports</li><li>Record client communications, site feedback, and escalation notes</li><li>Assist in preparation of basic documents such as work completion details, photographs, and reports</li></ul>Internal Coordination<ul><li>Liaise with Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Installation teams</li><li>Coordinate dispatch schedules, LR details, and delivery confirmations</li><li>Support Accounts team with data required for invoicing and payment follow-ups</li></ul>Issue Tracking &amp; Escalation<ul><li>Log site-level issues, delays</li><li>Follow up for resolution with concerned internal teams</li><li>Escalate unresolved issues to seniors with proper documentation</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Professional Conduct<ul><li>Follow company communication protocols and reporting formats</li><li>Maintain professional etiquette in calls, emails, and WhatsApp coordination</li><li>Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies Technical / Functional Skills<ul><li>Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; CompetenciesTechnical / Functional Skills<ul><li>Basic knowledge of retail / RVI / signage / installation workflows (preferred)</li><li>Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets</li><li>Ability to maintain trackers and structured reports</li><li>Basic email drafting and professional communication skills</li></ul>Behavioural Skills<ul><li>Good verbal and written communication</li><li>Strong follow-up and coordination skills</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined</li><li>Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple sites</li></ul>Educational Qualification<ul><li>B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical (Mandatory)</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>0&ndash;2 years experience in CRM, coordination, operations, or site support</li><li>Freshers with good communication and learning ability may also apply</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
