1. Client Coordination

  • Act as a single point of contact for assigned retail clients and project locations
  • Coordinate with retail outlet owners, site supervisors, and internal teams
  • Share project updates, schedules, and confirmations with clients regularly
  • Handle routine client queries related to installation, dispatch, inspection, and billing

Project & Site Support

  • Track site readiness, installation schedules, and daily work status
  • Coordinate with project engineers and supervisors for execution updates
  • Maintain site-wise records (location, contact details, status, issues)
  • Follow up on pending actions such as inspection dates, approvals, and handovers

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain and update CRM / Excel / Google Sheet trackers
  • Prepare and circulate daily / weekly project status reports
  • Record client communications, site feedback, and escalation notes
  • Assist in preparation of basic documents such as work completion details, photographs, and reports

Internal Coordination

  • Liaise with Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Installation teams
  • Coordinate dispatch schedules, LR details, and delivery confirmations
  • Support Accounts team with data required for invoicing and payment follow-ups

Issue Tracking & Escalation

  • Log site-level issues, delays
  • Follow up for resolution with concerned internal teams
  • Escalate unresolved issues to seniors with proper documentation

Compliance & Professional Conduct

  • Follow company communication protocols and reporting formats
  • Maintain professional etiquette in calls, emails, and WhatsApp coordination
  • Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy

Required Skills & Competencies Technical / Functional Skills

  • Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

  • Basic knowledge of retail / RVI / signage / installation workflows (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Ability to maintain trackers and structured reports
  • Basic email drafting and professional communication skills

  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined
  • Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple sites

Educational Qualification

  • B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical (Mandatory)

Experience

  • 0–2 years experience in CRM, coordination, operations, or site support
  • Freshers with good communication and learning ability may also apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
