Power press maintenance & Production

1. Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment for operators, welders, press machine workers, supervisors, and staff.</li><li>Coordinate with production heads to forecast manpower requirements.</li><li>Conduct interviews, background checks, and issue appointment letters.</li><li>Ensure proper induction and orientation of new employees.</li></ul>2. Attendance, Payroll &amp; Time Management<ul><li>Monitor daily attendance, overtime (OT), and shift schedules for all departments.</li><li>Maintain biometric and manual attendance records.</li><li>Coordinate payroll processing with accounts, ensuring accuracy of wages, overtime, and deductions.</li><li>Handle contract labour attendance and billing verification.</li></ul>3. Statutory Compliance<ul><li>Maintain compliance under Factories Act, ESI, PF, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, and Labour Laws.</li><li>Coordinate with government departments during inspections or audits.</li><li>Ensure contractor compliance with labour regulations and documentation.</li></ul>4. Employee Relations &amp; Welfare<ul><li>Implement HR policies and disciplinary procedures on shop floor.</li><li>Conduct safety, welfare, and grievance redressal programs.</li><li>Promote communication between management and workers through meetings and counselling.</li><li>Manage canteen, transport, PPE distribution, and other welfare facilities.</li></ul>5. Training &amp; Development<ul><li>Identify skill gaps in production teams (e.g., welding, press operation, quality).</li><li>Organize technical and behavioural training programs.</li><li>Maintain skill matrix for operators and technicians.</li></ul>6. Performance Management<ul><li>Support annual appraisal process and maintain evaluation records.</li><li>Implement performance-linked incentives in coordination with management.</li><li>Prepare MIS reports (manpower status, attrition, absenteeism, etc.).</li></ul>7. HR Administration<ul><li>Maintain employee files, records, and HR documentation.</li><li>Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and data for audits.</li><li>Coordinate with accounts and admin for uniform, ID cards, etc.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Good understanding of manufacturing HR practices and factory compliance.</li><li>Knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS/ERP software, and payroll tools.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Problem-solving attitude with ability to handle shop-floor discipline.</li><li>Understanding of shift systems and manpower planning.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Experience: 3&ndash;7 years (for Executive) / 8&ndash;12 years (for Manager) in HR within manufacturing, especially sheet metal or engineering industries.</li><li>Preferred: Experience with labour contractors, factory audits, and shop-floor HR operations.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,597.06 - &#8377;16,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
