Job Summary - We are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Foreman / Account Manager who will lead a field crew while also helping management manage assigned client accounts. This position is responsible for ensuring landscape maintenance services are delivered efficiently and at a high standard while maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who is comfortable supervising a crew, communicating with customers and management, and identifying opportunities to improve and enhance properties.Key Responsibilities - Crew Leadership &amp; Field Operations:<ul><li>Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew on daily service routes</li><li>Work alongside the crew to complete services such as mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, and seasonal cleanups</li><li>Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards</li><li>Inspect properties during service to ensure quality and contract compliance</li><li>Monitor equipment and report repair or replacement needs</li><li>Ensure crew truck, trailer, and equipment are kept clean and presentable.</li></ul>Account Management: <ul><li>Serve as the main point of contact for assigned landscape maintenance accounts</li><li>Perform routine property walk-throughs to ensure client expectations are met</li><li>Communicate with clients regarding service updates, requests, or concerns</li><li>Identify enhancement opportunities such as mulching, pruning, plant replacements, and seasonal improvements</li><li>Report client feedback and property needs to management</li></ul>Scheduling &amp; Coordination: <ul><li>Ensure assigned properties are completed on schedule</li><li>Coordinate materials and resources needed for services and enhancements</li><li>Communicate with the operations team to maintain efficient routes and workflow</li></ul>Qualifications - <ul><li>3+ years of landscape maintenance experience</li><li>Prior crew leader or foreman experience preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and equipment</li><li>Ability to lead a crew and maintain productivity throughout the day</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license required (w/ valid Mass DOT card)</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical work</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications - <ul><li>Experience managing landscape maintenance accounts</li><li>Bilingual (English and Spanish/Portuguese) a plus</li><li>Horticulture or landscaping certifications are a plus</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits -<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Bonus opportunities for account growth and enhancements</li><li>Paid holidays</li><li>401k plan</li><li>Opportunities for advancement within the company</li></ul>How to Apply - Submit your resume and a brief description of your landscaping experience to nrguerini@gmail.com.About N.R.Guerini LLC - N.R.Guerini LLC provides professional landscape maintenance services with a focus on quality, reliability, and long-term client relationships.
