Landscape Maintenance Foreman/Account Manager

Job Summary -
We are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Foreman / Account Manager who will lead a field crew while also helping management manage assigned client accounts. This position is responsible for ensuring landscape maintenance services are delivered efficiently and at a high standard while maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who is comfortable supervising a crew, communicating with customers and management, and identifying opportunities to improve and enhance properties.

Key Responsibilities -

Crew Leadership & Field Operations:

• Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew on daily service routes
• Work alongside the crew to complete services such as mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, and seasonal cleanups
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards
• Inspect properties during service to ensure quality and contract compliance
• Monitor equipment and report repair or replacement needs
• Ensure crew truck, trailer, and equipment are kept clean and presentable.

Account Management:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned landscape maintenance accounts
• Perform routine property walk-throughs to ensure client expectations are met
• Communicate with clients regarding service updates, requests, or concerns
• Identify enhancement opportunities such as mulching, pruning, plant replacements, and seasonal improvements
• Report client feedback and property needs to management

Scheduling & Coordination:

• Ensure assigned properties are completed on schedule
• Coordinate materials and resources needed for services and enhancements
• Communicate with the operations team to maintain efficient routes and workflow

Qualifications -

• 3+ years of landscape maintenance experience
• Prior crew leader or foreman experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and equipment
• Ability to lead a crew and maintain productivity throughout the day
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license required (w/ valid Mass DOT card)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical work

Preferred Qualifications -

• Experience managing landscape maintenance accounts
• Bilingual (English and Spanish/Portuguese) a plus
• Horticulture or landscaping certifications are a plus

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
