Graphic Designer (E-commerce &amp; Web UI)We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong background in e-commerce branding and web UI design. The ideal candidate is capable of independently managing design projects, has a refined aesthetic sense, and can deliver high-quality visual solutions aligned with business goals.Key Responsibilities &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Independent Execution:</li></ul>Ability to independently handle end-to-end design projects, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring high quality and consistency.<ul><li>Education:</li></ul>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or above from an accredited U.S. institution, preferably in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.<ul><li>Professional Experience:</li></ul>2&ndash;4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce, digital marketing, or brand-focused environments. A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work is required.<ul><li>Strong Aesthetic Sense:</li></ul>Demonstrates excellent visual judgment in layout, typography, color, and composition, with a modern and brand-conscious design style.<ul><li>E-commerce Design Experience:</li></ul>Experience designing for e-commerce platforms, including:<ul><li>Product detail pages</li><li>Landing pages</li><li>Promotional banners</li><li>Email and social media creatives</li><li>Web UI Design Skills:</li></ul>Solid understanding of web UI/UX principles, including user flow, interaction basics, and responsive design.<ul><li>Core Design Skills:</li></ul>Strong foundation in:<ul><li>Typography</li><li>Color theory</li><li>Layout and composition</li><li>Grid systems and visual hierarchy</li><li>Design Tools Proficiency:</li></ul>Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiar with Figma (or similar UI design tools).<ul><li>Attention to Detail:</li></ul>High level of precision in spacing, alignment, and overall design consistency.<ul><li>Communication &amp; Collaboration:</li></ul>Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and development teams.<ul><li>Time Management:</li></ul>Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<ul><li>Business Awareness:</li></ul>Understanding of how design impacts user engagement and conversion in an e-commerce context.Nice to Have:<ul><li>Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms</li><li>Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS</li><li>Experience in branding and visual identity systems</li><li>Motion graphics or basic animation skills</li></ul>Pay: $36,847.42 - $70,235.61 per yearWork Location: In person
