Requirements
- Proven experience in business consulting, company management, or client relationship management

- Experience participating in company operations and key projects, including planning and execution
- Strong project planning and organizational skills
- Ability to understand business needs and contribute to strategic decision-making
- Experience in handling important clients and complex business cases is highly preferred
- Proven experience in marketing strategy planning or related fields, with strong knowledge of digital and multichannel marketing
- Strong expertise in social media management, brand management, product marketing, and public relations
- Excellent analytical skills with familiarity in Nielsen reports and market research tools, capable of data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and marketing asset development
- Experience in e-commerce or B2B marketing is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and clearly articulate ideas
- Strong budget management skills with a results-driven approach to optimizing marketing investments
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute overall marketing strategies aligned with company goals, optimizing them using market research and analytical tools (e.g., Nielsen data)
- Lead and coordinate multichannel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing,
- social media operations, public relations, and e-commerce platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Oversee brand development to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels
- Collaborate with product teams to support product launches and lifecycle management, developing targeted marketing strategies
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, and apply insights to strategic decision-making
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI)
- Support sales teams in developing B2B marketing strategies to build partnerships and drive revenue growth
